NDR Creative Approval / Expiry Policy
Objective: To ensure all NDR email creatives used by Madrivo publishers are compliant and within the required approval window.
Approval Rules
- Creatives with a current, non-expired CCP ticket in the status Legal Approved are approved to run.
- Creatives outside the 6-month approval window must be pulled from use.
- If a publisher wants to run a creative outside this window, a new ticket must be submitted through the CCP and obtain NDR approval.
- For information on how to submit a CCP ticket, click HERE.
Note: This also applies to creatives provided by National Debt Relief themselves, available in Everflow.
Approval Expiration
- Approvals are batched by month: creatives approved in a given month expire as a group 6 months later (e.g., creatives approved in January 2026 expire as of July 2026).
- Every first day of the new month or the first Monday of the new month (whichever comes first), Client Success will pull a report of all NDR tickets approved 6 months prior and notify the relevant PDMs via email that they are now expired.
- If a publisher's creative remains live after 48 hours post notification without a new approval and the advertiser notifies the BD rep ,the BD rep will submit a flag and pause the publisher on the offer.
Upon notification, the PDMs will inform their publishers so they can resubmit (if wanted) before going live.
